Clean’Plate
Process : The conveyor belt drives the plates in the machine (3 steps cleaning, 1 rinsing and 2 drying cycles).

The plate is automatically cleaned, rinsed and dry in 1 minute.

The rotating and translative brushes are made of nylon (polyamide 6: 6): extremely gentle for plate.
All rollers are mounted on springs to accept thickness from 0.7 - 3.8 mm.
No direct heating - Heater in diathermic oil tube
Constant temperature (+ 35 ° C).
Easy to use (drawer with a separate cleaning and rinsing tank).
Very efficient drying by sponge roll with cotton sock and drying system (temperature + 70 ° C).
