Heating Tank | Chemical cleaning of inking units

Special for water based inks. A self-cleaning procedure for anilox and inking units on machines.

A simple, revolutionary system that means that anilox rollers no longer need to be removed from flexo printers to be cleaned.

Product used : Flexo Circulation Cleaner.

Operations: the ink pump and the return tube are immersed in the tank (filled up with the Flexo Circulation Cleaner) (heated up to).

The anilox roll and the doctor blade chamber turn in contact of the doctor blade chamber to get a perfect cleaning !

Rinsing : clear water.
