{"id":1968,"date":"2020-03-02T16:31:17","date_gmt":"2020-03-02T15:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/en\/?p=1968"},"modified":"2026-03-16T11:49:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T10:49:34","slug":"trophees-initiatives-chimie-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/en\/recyl-news\/trophees-initiatives-chimie-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"CHEMISTRY INITIATIVES AWARDS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">RECYL RECEIVES SAFETY AWARD AT THE \u201c2019 CHEMISTRY INITIATIVES AWARDS&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Because safety is of the utmost importance to Recyl, we have implemented, during the course of 2019, a brand new specific pumping and weighing installation with PLC to automate and monitor the manufacturing process of our famous <strong>Recyl Cobra<\/strong> product, which has always been manufactured manually since the early days.<\/p>\n<p>Management, automation technicians and production operators were all involved in this project, which achieved its ambitious objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drastic reduction in material handling by the operators,<\/li>\n<li>Production time significantly reduced,<\/li>\n<li>Quality of the product guaranteed by the automated process,<\/li>\n<li>Substantial reduction in soiled packaging: transition to a circular economy, limiting the environmental impact by reducing pollution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This project was submitted to the first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1975 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-681x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"167\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-681x1024.jpg 681w, https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-300x451.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-768x1155.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz-120x180.jpg 120w, https:\/\/www.recyl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Initiative-Chimie-Recyl-Lutz.jpg 899w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 167px) 100vw, 167px\" \/><\/a> &#8220;<strong>Initiatives Chimie 2019<\/strong>&#8221; trophies (&#8220;Chemistry Initiatives 2019&#8221;), which took place at the end of 2019.<br \/>\nThe purpose of these trophies is to promote and reward successful collaboration between different players in the chemical industry: equipment suppliers and chemical manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with the Lutz Jesco company, supplier of pumping equipment, Recyl has been selected to participate in the &#8220;<strong>Troph\u00e9e de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e<\/strong>&#8221; cat\u00e9gory (&#8220;Shared Safety Trophy&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>The award ceremony took place on November 21st, 2019 and the Recyl Team is proud to inform you that the RECYL-LUTZ JESCO collaboration received the <strong>1<sup>st<\/sup> prize for the best safety device<\/strong> jointly implemented around the Cobra manufacturing equipment.<\/p>\n<p>We congratulate and thank all our colleagues who participated in this project, as well as our partner Lutz Jesco who helped us in achieving our objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RECYL RECEIVES SAFETY AWARD AT THE \u201c2019 CHEMISTRY INITIATIVES AWARDS&#8221;
