RECYL presents its range of ultrasonic cleaning machines for anilox rolls, Recyl NextWave, developed completely in France, in partnership with SINAPTEC, the French leader in the development of ultrasonic solutions.

The Recyl NextWave Ultrasonic Cleaning machines enable everyone these to be controlled and guarantee reliable Anilox cleaning in the long term with consistent cleaning results, thanks to the double-closed loop regulation system.

Different models of machines, depending on the dimensions of the anilox to be cleaned:
• NextWave NW2 model: simultaneous cleaning of 2 Anilox rollers, special for Narrow Web, up to 640 mm
• NextWave NW2-XL model: for Narrow Web, up to 790 mm
• NextWave MW model: for Middle Web, up to 1800 mm
• NextWave WW model: for Wide Web, up to 3200 mm
The NextWave range is used with our Recyl W200 or Alu Clean Pro* products, which are suitable for all types of ink.
