Flexo Circulation Cleaner: cleaning product for water-based inks, special Heating Tank

The Recyl Heating Tank, associated to Flexo Circulation Cleaner permits full cleaning of the printing unit (bubbler or doctor blade chamber, anilox roll, piping, pump, ...).

Your printing machine is transformed into a cleaning machine! Simple and cheap, it is the ideal solution for large widths (corrugated and pre-print).

Properties:

• • pH value between 9,5 and 10,5
  • Low odour
  • Non-flammable (high flash and boiling points): no storage or use restrictions
  • Does not contain VOCs according to directive 1999/13/EC of March 11, 1999
  • It only reaches its saturation point after cleaning 5 to 8 complete inking units.

Directions for use:

• • Concentrated product to be diluted in the RECYL Heating Tank
  • Dilution depending on the difficulty of cleaning, up to (1:2)
  • Recommended temperature: between 40 and 50°C

Packaging: Flexo Circulation Cleaner is available in 20L HDPE jerricans.
