Heating tank, special for water-based inks, with self-cleaning process for anilox and inking units on machines.
A simple and revolutionary system that allows flexo and offset printers to no longer remove their anilox rollers from the machine to clean them.
Product used: Flexo Circulation Cleaner
Operations:
The ink pump and the return tube are immersed in the tank (filled up with the Flexo Circulation Cleaner) which must be heated.
The anilox roll and the doctor blade chamber (or the bubbler) turn in contact of the doctor blade chamber to get a complete stripping!
Rinsing: clear water.
