Magic'Cliché: prevents ink-build up, reduces machine downtime

Unlike most Recyl products, Magic'Cliché is not a cleaning product. By virtue of its properties, this product reduces the frequency of cleaning of your flexo plates or sleeves.

 

 

Properties:

 

Thanks to its separation, sliding and anti-static properties, Magic'Cliché will ensure you to:

• avoid machine downtime by preventing plate/sleeve ink build-up during print runs that downgrades quality and productivity,
• reduce significant substrate and ink waste due to quality issues caused by ink build up,
• make the plates and sleeves easier to clean after printing,
• extend the life of your flexo plates and sleeves:
  • by protecting them from ink and aggressive solvents,
  • by reducing friction from frequent cleaning, that is damaging the plate or sleeve by over-brushing dry ink particles off the image.

 

Directions for use:

• • Ready-to-use aerosol
  • Before each printing, spray Magic'Cliché on the plate or sleeve paying particular attention to non-printing zones. Let the product dry for about 5 minutes, that’s all... you can print!

 

Packaging: Magic'Cliché is available in spray of 0.4 L and sold per box of 12 sprays.

 

 

Magic'Cliché protects non-printing zones on plates from premature clogging.
