Quick'Wash Premium, Booster and Booster Plus: maintenance products for parts and plates

Quick'Wash Premium, Booster and Booster Plus products are perfectly suited for cleaning water-based inks (& offset varnishes) for your:

• parts such as ink trays, doctor blades, doctor blade chambers, etc.
• photopolymer plates
• printing units

Quick'Wash PREMIUM

• • pHvalue between 9,5 and 10,5
  • Low odour
  • Non-flammable (high flash and boiling points): no storage or use restrictions
  • Does not contain VOCs according to directive 1999/13/EC of March 11, 1999

Quick'Wash BOOSTER

• • pHvalue between 10,5 and 11,4
  • 2 times more powerful than Quick'Wash Premium!
  • Non-flammable (high flash and boiling points): no storage or use restrictions

Quick'Wash BOOSTER PLUS

• • pHvalue between 11 and 12
  • 4 times more powerful than Quick'Wash Premium!
  • Non-flammable (high flash and boiling points): no storage or use restrictions
    (See the product data sheet ).

 

Directions for use:

• • Concentrated products, dilutable depending on the difficulty of cleaning
  • Manual cleaning:
    - Apply -with gloves- the product directly to the soiled surface. Leave on for a few minutes. Rinse with clean water
    - For best results, brush the surface with a suitable RECYL brush

• • Cleaning in washing machine: refer to the operating instructions of the machine (Simplex or Cliché Cleaner typer)

 

 

Packaging: Quick'Wash Premium, Booster and Booster Plus are available in 20L HDPE jerricans.
