AC-N | Deep cleaning system for anilox cylinders & sleeves
Deep cleaning machine for anilox by coating of cleaning products : Recyl Clean Plus or Recyl Cobra (for a more in-depth cleaning).
The AC-N machine can be used to clean anilox rolls soiled by any type of ink.
Process:
Automatic application of cleaner with a peristatic pump: Recyl Cobra (for deep cleaning) or Recyl Clean Plus.
Applying the product with a doctor blade to penetrate the ink in the cells.
Soaking: 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the anilox condition.
Automatic rinse the surface with high pressure washer
Advantage:
Very efficient, fast cleaning is extremely easy. Uses the same concept of a flexographic printing press with a synthetic (fibreglass) doctor blade.
