Clean Waterless: cleaning product of spare parts polluted with Offset Waterless inks

The cleaning product Clean Waterless is especially suitable for cleaning Offset Waterless inks for your:

• parts such as ink trays, doctor blades, doctor-blade chambers, etc.
• anilox rolls in printing machines

Properties:

• • Neutral pH
  • Low odour
  • Non-flammable (high flash and boiling points): no storage or use restrictions
  • Does not contain VOCs according to directive 1999/13/EC of March 11, 1999
  • The product is not classified as hazardous in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and its adaptations

Directions for use:

• • Ready-to-use product
  • Manual cleaning:
    - Apply -with gloves- the product directly to the soiled surface. Leave on for a few minutes. Rinse with clean water
    - For best results, brush the surface with a suitable RECYL brush
  • Cleaning in washing machine: refer to the operating instructions of the machine (Simplex type)

Packaging: the Clean Waterless product is available in 20L HDPE jerricans and 220L drums.
